Cancellation & Refund Policy

As SSoysal VIP Transfer, we respect changes in your travel plans. However, in order not to disrupt operational processes and vehicle planning to cause grievances, the following cancellation and refund policy is applied.

1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1.1. Free Cancellation: All cancellation requests made up to 12 hours before your transfer time are processed free of charge. If an advance payment has been made, a full refund without any deduction (excluding bank commissions) is carried out.
1.2. Late Cancellation (Between 12 - 4 Hours): For cancellations made between 12 and 4 hours before your transfer time, 50% of the total transfer fee paid in advance is deducted and refunded because the operation has been reserved. If the reservation was made so that the payment would be made in the vehicle, the Company reserves the right to invoice this fee.
1.3. Last Minute Cancellation (Less than 4 Hours): No refund is strictly made for cancellations made less than 4 hours before your transfer time. The entire service is invoiced.
1.4. No-Show: If our chauffeur is at the boarding point at the reservation time and the passenger cannot be reached despite the specified waiting time being exceeded, the situation is evaluated as "No-Show". In this case, no refund is made and the entire transfer fee is collected.

2. RESERVATION MODIFICATION
2.1. Date, time, and route changes can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before your transfer time, provided that there is vehicle availability.
2.2. If the changed route differs on a kilometer or region basis, the price difference is reflected.
2.3. Changes requested at the last minute (less than 12 hours left) depend on the vehicle operation availability. The Company does not guarantee the change; if the vehicle is not available, the cancellation conditions apply.

3. CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY
3.1. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the transfer in very exceptional situations (heavy weather conditions, accidents, security threats, etc.). In such cases, if there is a previously received fee, it is instantly refunded 100% without any deduction to the passenger. The Company is not obliged to cover the passenger's additional damages such as flight tickets or hotel expenses that may arise from this cancellation.
