For flawless service planning, we recommend making your reservation at least 24 hours before your trip. However, in urgent cases, we can provide support up to 2 hours in advance, depending on vehicle availability.
Yes. The prices you get from the calculator on our site or the quotes sent to you include VAT, chauffeur fee, fuel, highway and bridge tolls. You will not face any surprise extra fees after the journey.

Vehicle Allocation & Rental

No. Due to our high security standards and VIP concept, all luxury vehicles in our fleet provide service only accompanied by our professional and protocol-trained chauffeurs. We absolutely do not have a driverless (Rent a Car) rental service.
Absolutely. Whether it's for your full-day intensive city meetings, weekly long business trips or tourist excursions, we can allocate our VIP vehicles with a chauffeur completely privately to you and your family.

Journey & Service Quality

We track your flight information (PNR or flight code) instantly through our system. Even if your flight is delayed, our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the door exactly at your landing time. No extra waiting fee is charged for delays.
In all our VIP transfers, premium water, soft drinks, mineral water, and various snacks in the in-car refrigerator are completely free and a standard part of our VIP service.
All our chauffeurs consist of professionals who have received advanced driving techniques training, are fluent in protocol rules, have at least 5 years of luxury segment driving experience, wear suits, and speak foreign languages (upon request).
Yes, we accept your little friends into the vehicle. However, in order to protect the comfort of our other guests with allergic sensitivities, your pet must stay in its special carrier bag/cage during the journey.

Cancellation & Modification

For cancellations made up to 12 hours before your transfer time, a 100% full refund is made. For cancellations with less than 12 hours left, a certain deduction may be applied due to operational costs.
Of course. You can forward your route or time change requests free of charge via our customer service up to 6 hours before your transfer. If the route is extended, only the mileage difference is reflected.
